It doesn't matter if you are already partway through the menopause or not. The Pace of Change Extended Kick-start Programme will set you off on the right path and demonstrate to you how easy it can be to improve your everyday life and deal with the symptoms that can be so debilitating.
The Extended Kick-start Programme includes all you get on the standard Pace of Change menopause programme, plus you get to have a glorious 6-night break in Spain.
Here you will receive your one-on-one menopause assessment to determine where you are and what your particular symptoms are.
We then create your very own Personal Menopause Survival Plan. This takes account of your situation and presents a way for you to implement the necessary changes to your lifestyle that will make all the difference to how you feel and function.
So what will I do in Spain?
You spend your days walking in the mountains and practising or learning yoga with our resident yoga teacher, Barbara. You can swim in the lovely pool, read, sketch, take photographs, chat, just chill out or meditate. You are fed delicious food that is good for women in the menopause and which will help to alleviate your symptoms. You don't have to make any decisions or run around after anyone else. This time is for you.

During this week we expect to demonstrate to you the benefits of a simple regime of exercise and good diet.
You will have the opportunity to put your Personal Menopause Survival Plan into practice in a really supportive and encouraging environment. By the time you get home you will already have noticed the difference it makes and will feel encouraged to continue with your good intentions.

Your Personal Menopause Survival Plan is then inserted into The Key – an attractive 240pp binder containing a superb 90-day journal to help you monitor your progress.
